• Login information is provided in your Blotter. Please check in your latest Blotter edition prior to applying for a password.

• If you are unable to locate your Blotter, fill out the form below.

• All information sent will be verified. WE WILL CALL YOUR COMMAND TO VERIFY THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. WE ALSO RECORD IP ADDRESSES OF THE SENDER. Please allow up to 1-3 days for the application to be processed. Your password and username will be sent via the email address provided.

• Retired members: Enter "Retired" in fields that don't apply for retired members and check off the retired member box below,

• BE SURE TO ENTER your last command in the command field. Be sure your e-mail address is correct, we can not contact you if you enter it incorrectly.  

• The name field must be filled in with your full first and last name. Passwords will not be issued to nicknames, acronyms, or any other non specific field. NO EXCEPTIONS! If we can't verify who you are, you don't get a password.

• If you lost your password click the Forgot password box at the bottom of the form. New passwords cannot be issued to members unless this box is checked.
